We make data legible.
Prevsenior exists because most organizations don't have a data problem. They have a communication problem. We fix that with governed semantic layers and standardized, disciplined dashboards.
Our story
Consistency is the product, not a byproduct
Most companies don't lack dashboards. They lack a shared way of reading them. Every team builds charts differently, colors mean different things from one report to the next, and the same metric gets calculated three different ways depending on who built the query.
Prevsenior was founded to close that gap: we apply global corporate reporting standards to how data is modeled, defined and visualized, so that analytics adoption accelerates instead of stalling at "which number is right?"
We work across the major BI platforms on the market, delivering governed semantic layers and standardized dashboards with the documentation built directly into the solution, not bolted on afterward.
What we believe
A dashboard that doesn't say something clearly has failed, regardless of how it looks.
One metric should have one definition, governed centrally, not recalculated per report.
Standards only stick when the documentation lives where people actually work.
Certified in IBCS®
Our team holds the International Business Communication Standards (IBCS) certification. We apply its design principles as a working checklist on every dashboard we deliver: say something, unify, condense, check, express, simplify, structure, standardize.
Prevsenior is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of the IBCS Association beyond this team certification. We describe and apply the standard's principles as our professional methodology.
Vendor-agnostic by design
We're not resellers of a single BI platform's roadmap. Our semantic layer and dashboard standards are designed to travel across the major tools your organization already uses, and to keep working if that stack changes.
How we operate
Consultative, technical, direct
Our audience is BI and data professionals, and the executives who rely on their work. We speak as practitioners applying recognized standards, not as resellers of someone else's methodology.
Technical authority
We show our work: every recommendation is grounded in our design checklist, dimensional modeling principles, or a documented reason tied to your specific data.
No empty jargon
If a term shows up in our documentation, it has a precise, checkable definition: the same discipline we apply to your metrics layer.
Built to be inherited
Every deliverable is designed so your internal team can own, extend and maintain it after the engagement ends.
Let's talk about your data
Tell us about your current dashboards and data stack. We'll tell you honestly where standardization would help most.
